PAYMENT METHOD & TRANSACTION

  • The first, for who are interested to make a reservation, please send us 30% of the total price as the down payment, the balance will be paid one day before the trip or at least when you arriving in Labuan Bajo.
  • The second, the payment should only be done by Indonesian currency IDR, or can be also other foreign currencies such as USD, EURO, GBP, and it will be automatically be converter into the Indonesian rupiah regarding to the latest exchange-rate of our local bank or post office.
  • The third, your deposit can be sent via bank, western union, or PayPal, and the balance should be paid by cash when you arrive in Labuan Bajo.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • After you have transferred a deposit or settled all the tour payments, and suddenly you areĀ cancel the tour, it is not refundable.

SOMETHING TO BRINGĀ 

  • When you are coming, please pay attention to bring some important things such as : proper walking shoes, sun hat, sun glasses, mosquito spray, sun lotion, portable flash light, power bank, camera, medicine, first aid box, strong malaria prevention Pill, trousers, jackets, sweaters, rain Coat, passport, visa, airline ticket, and other important travel documents.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • We would be pleased to suggest any recommend to our clients that your any kind of insurance has been covered in a reliable company due to it does not included on the tour service.

INDONESIAN DOMESTIC AIRLINE

  • It sometimes has a problem of cancellation, delay or irregularity of domestic flight schedule in Indonesia. It is very important to be suggested that, could you please re-check or reconfirm your departure flight schedule at the local airline company where your purchased and issued your flight tickets at least 48 hours before departure.

OUR LIMITATION & RESPONSIBILITY

  • As we are local tour operator, we have professional and experience team to serve you to make your trip enjoy and unforgettable memories. Sometimes things happen that we do not want, so we do responsible for any important belongings missing, damage, delay, cancel or irregularities flight schedule, minor or major accident including death, any natural disaster such as bad weather, landslide, storm, or any force major which are really beyond of our control that make your tour uncomfortable.

BANK & MONEY CHANGER

  • Bank and money changer are acceptable to change the foreign currency but it is a very poor rate and exchange. The money changer is also very limited range on our region. If you depart from Bali or any well-developed touristic area in Indonesia, it’s better to change your currency there. Every single town in Flores has some Banks with ATM service, it is possible to withdraw some money by using an ATM card. Most of the hotels, restaurant, and mini market are only possible to be paid in cash.
